I recently visited this lovely pub and I was absolutely charmed by the atmosphere! The moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm smile from the bartender, who was incredibly helpful in suggesting drinks from their extensive menu. I decided to try their local ale, and it was delightful! The pub had a rustic feel, with wooden beams and comfortable seating that made it perfect for catching up with friends. We also ordered some pub snacks, and the loaded nachos were particularly impressive - generous portions with plenty of toppings. One thing I appreciated was the variety of seating options available; whether you're looking for a cosy corner or a lively spot near the bar, they cater to all preferences. However, I did notice that it got quite busy as the evening progressed, and service slowed down a bit. Despite that, the staff remained friendly and attentive. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this pub to anyone looking for a great night out. Just make sure to arrive early if you want to secure a good seat! I’ll definitely be back soon to explore more of their drink offerings and perhaps try some of their hearty main courses next time. Cheers to a fantastic evening!

What a hidden gem! I stumbled across this place while exploring the city, and it instantly became one of my favourite spots. The ambiance is just perfect - warm, inviting, and bursting with character. I particularly loved the old-fashioned decor, which gave it a unique charm that’s hard to find these days. The selection of craft beers is impressive, and I was thrilled to try a few local brews that were exceptional. On top of the drinks, I also indulged in their Sunday roast, and I have to say it was one of the best I’ve had! The meat was tender, and the Yorkshire puddings were just the right level of crispy. The portion sizes are generous without feeling overwhelming, which is a nice touch. The staff went above and beyond, ensuring everyone felt welcome and had their needs met. I appreciated their recommendations, and they seemed genuinely passionate about the food and drinks they serve. If I had to suggest any improvements, it would be nice if they had a few more vegetarian options on the menu. I noticed there were limited choices for my friends who don’t eat meat. Even so, this place has completely won me over, and I can’t wait to bring my friends and family to share the experience! Overall, I left feeling satisfied and looking forward to my next visit. Highly recommend this pub for a relaxed evening with great food and drinks!
